The Handbook of CCL Microbes in Drinking Water presents a compilation and analysis of the published data on the nine microbiological contaminants included on the USEPA's Contaminant Candidate List. The data is organized within a microbial risk assessment framework and based on human health effects, occurrence in the environment, and the efficacy of water treatment methods.
