Dr Vinod K. Singhania got his PhD from the Delhi School of Economics in 1976. His field of special interest includes all facets of corporate legislation and corporate economics, especially tax laws.
He has been associated in various capacities with several professional institutes and business houses in India and abroad. Dr Singhania is a prolific author, having written numerous popular books and developed software published by Taxmann.
Dr. Singhania has authored over 300 research articles and has been featured in leading journals. Additionally, he has been a resource at more than 800 seminars in India and internationally.
Kapil Singhania
Kapil Singhania, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce. He was awarded a PhD in 2003 for his research work. His research spans various topics, including corporate laws and direct and indirect taxation, with numerous articles published in reputed journals.
Dr Singhania has authored several acclaimed books on direct and indirect taxes published by Taxmann. He also provides tax consultancy services to numerous business organisations, including multinational and public-sector companies.
