Deleuze & Guattari: Emergent Law is an exposition and development of Deleuze & Guattari's legal theory. Transcendent molar legality is the traditional object of legal theory. And, as explicated here, immanent molecular emergent law is the novel juridical object that Deleuze & Guattari identify.
